Managing Partner<\/h3>\n

Pierre Lasry is a Franco-Swiss graduate in Philosophy from Paris I Panth\u00e9on Sorbonne.
He began his career in 1992 by founding Lowendalmasa\u00ef, a consulting firm specializing in cost management and corporate performance improvement. Lowendalmasa\u00ef, which employed 360 people in 10 countries, made a dozen acquisitions with three successive investment funds before being sold to Alma Consulting in 2015 to create the Ayming Group.
Pierre created Aura\u00efa in 2015, in Geneva, to put his entrepreneurial experience at the service of companies, family offices and investment funds.

Wilfried Botrel graduated from NEOMA Business School \u2013 Master Grande \u00c9cole and holds an MBA from Pace University in New York.
He began his career in 2006 at Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9rale CIB in the real estate M&A team, before joining Genesta Finance in 2008, where he spent over 13 years advising shareholders, executives, and founders of SMEs and mid-sized companies on mergers and acquisitions, as well as on regulated financial communications for listed companies, with a strong focus on the \u201cTech & Services\u201d sectors.
In 2022, Wilfried joined In Extenso Finance as M&A Director, where he advised entrepreneurs, executives, and investment funds on succession and external growth transactions, notably in the services and technology sectors in France.

Jeremy Finkel studied at HEC Geneva and McGill University in Montreal. He holds a Swiss chartered accountant’s diploma.
Jeremy began his career at PwC in Geneva, where he first specialized in auditing major international banks, before moving into the transaction advisory department, where he carried out numerous financial due diligence assignments and M&A transactions.
He also held the role of CFO of an education start-up, where he set up the finance function, helped define the strategic direction and successfully executed the sale of the company.

Adrian Turion studied at HEC Lausanne, Maastricht University and Waseda University in Tokyo.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and is currently completing a Master’s degree in Finance.
He began his career at Europ Assistance in Nyon, in the Financial Planning & Analysis department. He then joined C10Play, where he worked in the Corporate M&A department.

Robin Chopard-Lallier graduated from the Haute \u00e9cole de gestion (HEG) in Neuch\u00e2tel and is currently pursuing a Master\u2019s degree in Finance at HEC Lausanne.
He started his career at Raiffeisen Switzerland where he developed experience in investment strategy, corporate finance, real estate valuation, and client relationship management. Alongside his studies, he joined the Finance Department of the State of Neuch\u00e2tel, working on debt recovery, litigation, financial analysis of debtors, and the valuation of real estate assets.

Yves Froppier began his academic career in science, before completing his management training at INSEAD.
Yves began his career at Transiciel, before moving on to hold a number of Swiss CEO and Vice-President positions with major IT and technology groups such as Capgemini and GFI International. He has acquired extensive knowledge, both as a manager and as an entrepreneur, complemented by experience as an investment banker.
He also founded and managed Pax Corporate Finance in Switzerland, and sits on the Board of Directors of numerous start-ups. Yves is also Chairman of Positive Planet Switzerland, a non-profit organization founded by Jacques Attali.

Jean-Sylvain Perrig holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Lausanne and a Swiss Federal Diploma in Financial Analysis.
Jean-Sylvain has extensive experience in banking and investment. He held the position of Chief Investment Officer at E. de Rothschild and Union Bancaire Priv\u00e9e (UBP).
He founded Premyss SA, which is specialised in helping financial advisers implement a disciplined, transparent, and documented investment process that fosters risk-adjusted performance. He is also a member of several GFO investment committees and advises family offices.
Jean-Sylvain is President of the Swiss Financial Analysts Association (SFAA), which trains investment professionals.

Aymeric began his career at L’Or\u00e9al in perfume marketing, then worked for LVMH between 2006 and 2018 at Givenchy Parfums, Veuve Clicquot and Hennessy. He worked mainly in international marketing and distribution.
He then moved to the luxury hospitality sector as General Manager of Jo\u00ebl Robuchon in London in 2018, then of the Moma Group in Paris until 2022.
He then took over international management of Michel Reybier wines, including Cos d’Estournel, Jeeper champagne and Mascaronne wines in Provence.
